Reporting to the HR Development Manager, you are the ambassador of La Samaritaine responsible for identifying Talents, recruiting them and integrating them into the teams.
Under the responsibility of your manager and in coordination with the extended HR team, you independently manage the following missions:
Recruitment
In compliance with DFS world processes, you work in collaboration with managers to recruit vacancies within your scope (employees and supervisors at retail and head office), regardless of the type of contract:
• Definition of needs, criteria and recruitment profiles with operational staff
• Writing and distribution of announcements on different media
• Sourcing and management of applications
• Selection of candidates and conduct of interviews until hiring in connection with the Manager and the HR teams
Social responsibility
As a privileged correspondent, you will work on the deployment of the diversity & inclusion policy of DFS France:
• Deployment and monitoring of the disability policy, gender parity, social and territorial initiatives
• Implementation of local events and relay of DFS World initiatives for France
• Participation in relations and events with internal (LVMH) and external partners (associations, local missions, pole employment, etc.)
HR/team projects:
• In collaboration with your team, you participate in the various ongoing projects:
• School/employer brand relationship
• Integration welcome
• Mobility and career plans for store employees
• Invoicing of the service
• Internal and legal reporting
• Newsletter
Key Requirements
Higher education in human resources management
At least 3/4 years of experience preferably in the retail sector
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent French and English
- Very good interpersonal skills, sensitivity to the customer experience, team spirit
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Ability to communicate and relate to employees at all levels
• Organizational skills, autonomy, flexibility and priority setting
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters
