Join a young and dynamic HR team of 15 people for 6 months at the Samaritaine department store. Within a dedicated scope and under the responsibility of the Human Resources Manager, your daily actions will be:

- Assist managers and operational staff on a daily basis (application of legal and contractual provisions)
- Support teams on the disciplinary aspect and prepare procedures,
- Provide answers to employees on questions relating to their rights and obligations,
- Write all necessary and/or requested documents or administrative supports (HR notes, emails, letters, presentations, etc.)
- Legal/HR research
- Classify, scan and archive the various HR documents,
- Participate in the deployment and management of various cross-functional HR projects,
- Ensure regulatory monitoring.

 

The internship is also an opportunity to discover the professional sector of retail and luxury, as well as the daily life of an HR department: you will be able to participate in team meetings, accompany the HR Manager in meetings or on their trips outside and discover social relations in the company. You will work within a team available to answer your questions and train you in the practice of human resources.
Working within an HR department, you will be subject to an obligation of discretion and confidentiality.

 

 

Profile:

- You are preparing a Master 1 or 2 in HR, social law or equivalent and enjoy teamwork and challenges

- Fluent in English and French, spoken and written

- Very good knowledge of HR and/or labor law
- Good writing and communication skills
- Mastery of Pack Office essential

- Rigor, dynamism, proactivity, curiosity with a real thirst for learning and gaining responsibility.
