What you'll be doing?
In close collaboration with the scenography and VM teams, the project & purchasing manager manages the manufacturing of window decorations and the interior of the store and guarantees the quality of the installations.
Manages purchases and the related budget.
Is in charge of installation schedules, selection and coordination of different suppliers, and settings of installations.
Among your main missions:
• Define and implement the investment strategy in accordance with the marketing plan.
• Manage the production of decor for the store's five annual themes (21 windows, facades and event areas):
o Propose materials and technical solutions to creative teams.
o Source materials and suppliers
o Write calls for tenders, negotiate and manage the budget
o Develop manufacturing techniques with workshops and validate production
o Write technical files, share them with the technical, logistics and security teams
o Coordinate the logistics and technical resources necessary to carry out the store's scenographic projects
o Pilot and participate in assembly (nights and weekends)
o Develop the eco-design and second life strategy for elements produced at the end of the event
• Manage the production and purchase of generic store displays
• Support marketing teams during settings
Ideal Candidate
Graduate in creation, design or architecture
At least 5 years of experience in event production in a similar environment
• Mastery of 3D design and scenography software:
o Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop)
o Rhino
o Mastery of standard office IT tools
• Mastery of space planning techniques, mastery of skills related to exhibition professions (handling and packaging of works, construction, carpentry, painting, electricity, audiovisual, etc.)
• Mastery of purchasing techniques (call for tenders, negotiation, etc.)
• Good knowledge of security and accessibility standards specific to an ERP and public spaces
• Fluency in English and French
• Good knowledge of how a public establishment operates
