Job Description

Contextual elements
The Planning team is working in close collaboration with the Merchandising and Logistics teams in view of 
the opening of La Samaritaine. The objective is to allow the store to have a coherent product offer while guaranteeing 
while guaranteeing the best sales and optimizing management indicators (clearance rate, stock rotation, markdown rate 
stock rotation, markdown rate...)
The team is organized into two divisions: the Merchandising division (qualitative management) and the Planning division (quantitative 
The objective of the Planning division is to manage supplies while monitoring sales and margins by 
by optimizing the level of stock in store. This mission is carried out in close collaboration with the 
Merchandising, which guarantees the quality of the product offer in store.
Within the fashion category - portfolio of 200 brands - you will support the Planning Manager for the following 
following missions :
- Purchase Order : Launching orders with the brands
- SKU management: Management and follow-up of product references in the systems 
- Delivery rate: Follow-up of collection deliveries within the given deadlines in relation with the logistics 
teams and the brands
- Invoicing: Follow-up of payments in close collaboration with the brands and the accounting department
- Promotional actions: Assistance in setting up promotions and sales via internal tools and in conjunction with the 
with the store teams
- Reporting: Help in the construction of reports allowing the analysis of the performance of the collections
- Cross-functional project management: Work in close collaboration with the merchandising and logistics teams, 
brands and DFS headquarters in Hong Kong 

Key Requirements

- You have a perfect command of computer tools, in particular Excel and Powerpoint
- You speak English fluently
- Organized and rigorous, you have excellent analytical skills 
- Result-oriented, you take initiatives and are a force of proposal. You know how to evolve in a 
environment and can adapt to peaks in activity
- You are also a team player and have very good interpersonal skills.
