PR, Event and Communication Manager (W/M)
Why don't you join Samaritaine ? We are looking for a PR, event and communication Manager (W/M) for a temporary (1 year) contract.
What you'll be doing ?
Manage PR, events and communications to support credibility and desire to visit Samaritaine.
You will help Samaritaine shine locally and internationally by developping ambitious, high-impact communications strategies.
Be Samaritaine Ambassador with all partners and represent it during each event.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the brand's visibility. You will play a key role in conveying the brand's DNA to the press, VIPs and influencers.
Main missions :
- Define and set up an international and French PR & ePR strategy to promote Samaritaine and maintain its reputation locally & internationally
- Establish and maintain an excellent relationship with magazine editors, as well as VIPs, KOL and influencers
- Manage the local French agencies (PR & communications): define a budget and the agency’ objectives, follow-up the predefined action plans & report on results
- Organize shootings in store with key partners during days, nights and weekend
- Develop partnerships with local & cultural authorities & institutions, artists and universities
- Represent Samaritaine as an ambassador to increase and strengthen brand awareness.
- Organize all events in coordination with LVMH group and local agencies: press launch, anniversary events, press conferences, …
- Guarantee adapted organization and good conduct of each cultural event
- Support other teams to set up all events
- Develop & present the yearly Press, Events & Communication strategy
- Prepare reports and dashboards on Press, Events & Communication actions and plans
Ideal candidate :
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication / Media

Minimum 10 years of experience in PR, Events & Media with an exposure to all the major levers : both online and off line
Agency, retailer, travelling, hotel or luxury industry PR / media background -
Fluency in French

Strong international and French culture

Good knowledge if artistic scene

Strong knowledge of travellers' press

Experience of agency management & Event organization

Proficient in MS computer applications required
