Within the Cash Room department and reporting to the Cashier Manager, you will manage monetary flows. 

Your main missions will be:

- Ensure the inventory of the safe, control and verify the means of payment, ensure the remittance of funds and enter the reconciliation entries

- Respect mandatory safety rules and control the flow of people in the central cash register premises;

- Create and delete users from the cash register software;

- Prepare and supervise the distribution of cash funds and currency;

- Communicate the new procedures to DFS France employees;

- Report anomalies to the cashier manager;

- Record and verify payment methods;

- Follow the different recipes managed in the store;

- Complete cash discrepancy reports, cancellations and refunds;

- Archive documents according to the procedures put in place at DFS;

- Ensure and monitor exchanges with the Singapore cash teams.

Ideal Candidate

-First similar experience required. 

-Proficiency in English and French required (written and spoken).

-Strong knowledge of cash collection procedures, cash control.

-You are recognized for your rigor, your seriousness, your sense of confidentiality, your integrity, your agility, your sense of organization as well as your ability to work in
team and with different actors internally and externally. 

-Good command of the office pack (excel, word, powerpoint, outlook, etc.)
