Nurse, Health and safety at work

Job description

As nurse specialized in health and safety, you will integrate La Samaritaine in Paris and the health and safety team. Your main missions will be:

- Individual follow-up nursing interviews under protocol
- Emergency management: Work accident, care in accordance with the public health and labor code.
- Support for employees and the company according to their requests (appointments, job study, monitoring of adjustments or medical recommendations)
- Establish and update with the multidisciplinary team and/or the company the following health and safety documents: DUERP, company report, annual report
- Provide advice and information on occupational health;
- Create and lead awareness sessions, training/information for employees related to physical and/or mental health prevention at work
- Ensure follow-up of the recommendations of the occupational physician in the event of fitness restrictions;
- Ensure specific monitoring (disability situation, chronic pathology, etc.).
- Propose, organize, and/or participate in actions in the areas of prevention and education in matters of hygiene, individual and collective health and safety;
- Participate in individual or collective action in the workplace, and where applicable, in health monitoring and occupational health research.
- Miscellaneous administrative matters (surveys, agendas, reports, documentary base, etc.)
- Management of the pharmacy, infirmary and stocks (traceability, expiry dates, orders, etc.)
- Promote consultation with a view to maintaining employment and adapting an employee's position with the employer, public organizations and the occupational physician - Carry out and manage all the elements necessary for the traceability of nursing interviews (summons, management of files and transmissions to doctors) and actions (AMT).
- Various reporting and keeping of different registers (ATB, etc.)

Profile

Skill :

- Office and IT: OFFICE PACK

- Professional software: PADOA / PREVENTIAL

- Fluent professional English and French

- 3 years or more of seniority in the same type of position

Training/qualification:

- State nursing diploma.

- Registration on the up-to-date order table

- License in ST/DIUST…certified training is a plus
