Job Description

Within the DFS France subsidiary, you will join the Marketing department and more specifically the Retail Marketing team of La Samaritaine, whose role is to propose and implement customer experiences and events within the store. Main missions - Definition of the store commercial plan and 360° coordination: o Coordination of major highlights, innovative and cross-functional projects with the various departments (merchandising, VM, digital, legal, operations, etc.) o Implementation within the store: drafting of briefs, coordination and follow-up until D-Day, o Analysis & assessment with and internal departments. - Experience & retail animation: o Brief and construction of customer experience with the event agency and our partners, o Budget monitoring and retro-planning of projects, o Implementation and assessment of animations and events. - Brand partnerships: o Animation of a category with definition of key highlights by sector, o Construction of 360° communication plans with the press, social media, CRM, digital and VM teams. o Drafting and follow-up of partnership contracts, o Assessment of partnership operations. - Analysis of local and international competition.



Key Requirements

Marketing degree level (business school type, or equivalent). Experience of 5 to 10 years in Retail marketing, trends, Fashion, Luxury and Retail (ideally department store) Fluent French and English Mastery of Office Pack (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) You are rigorous, organized and structured With good interpersonal skills, you are customer and results oriented
