Internship - HR and labour law assistant (F/M)

Are you looking for an internship to discover the retail and luxury sector, and put your knowledge of employment law and human resources into practice?

Join a young and dynamic HR team of 15 people for a 6-month internship within la Samaritaine department store.

 

The mission:

- Reporting to the Human Resources Manager of DFS France, you assist and support her on a daily basis:
- Assist managers and operational staff on a daily basis
- Support teams on the disciplinary aspect and prepare disciplinary procedures,
- Assist to provide answers to employees on questions relating to their rights and obligations,
- Write all documents or administrative supports necessary and/or requested (HR notes, email, mail, presentation, etc.)
- Legal / HR research
- Classify, scan and archive the various HR documents,
- Participate in the deployment and management of various cross-functional HR projects,
- Ensure regulatory and HR monitoring.

 

Required profile:

Master's student in Human Resources/social law, student lawyer, your first internships have confirmed your motivation for general operational HR function

This position requires:

- very good knowledge of HR and/or labor law,
- good writing and communication skills,
- To like teamwork and challenges,
- To be rigorous, dynamic, proactive, curious with a real thirst for learning and gaining responsibility,
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook) is essential.
- Fluency in English is a plus
Position to be filled at our head office in central Paris from July 2024.
