INTERNSHIP - Assistant Retail Planner (F/H)

Context elements:
The Planning team works in close collaboration with all departments (merchandising, logistics,
stores, finance etc.). The objective is to allow the network's stores to have a coherent product offering.
while guaranteeing the best turnover and optimization of management indicators (sales rate,
stock turnover, markdown rate, etc.). The Planning department is responsible for managing supplies while
following turnover and margin, by optimizing the level of stock in store. This mission is carried out in
close collaboration with the Merchandising division, guarantor of the quality of the product offering in store.

Missions:
Within the Fashion department you will support the Planning team for the following missions:

• Purchase order: Launch of orders from brands
• Inventory management: Management and monitoring of stock levels in the systems
• Delivery rate: Monitoring of collection deliveries within the allotted deadlines in conjunction with the teams
logistics and brands
• Invoicing: Monitoring of payments in close collaboration with the brands and the accounting department
• Promotional actions: Help with setting up promotions and sales via internal and related tools
with store teams
• Reporting: Help with the construction of reports allowing analysis of the performance of collections
• Management of cross-functional projects: Working in close collaboration with the merchandising and logistics teams,
brands and DFS headquarters in Hong Kong.

Candidate profile:
• Currently in a Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering School or University)
• You are motivated and curious to discover a new environment
• You have a perfect command of IT tools, particularly Excel
• You speak English fluently
• Organized and rigorous, you have excellent analytical skills
• Result-oriented, you take initiatives and are proactive. You know how to evolve in a
demanding environment and adapt during peaks of activity
• You also demonstrate team spirit and have very good interpersonal skills
