INTERNSHIP - ASSISTANT SALES DIRECTOR M/W


The Company:

Come and participate to the development of our iconic La Samaritaine department store by joining the Sales Department of DFS France (LVMH Group).

This internship, located in the heart of Paris, is available from January 2025 for a full-time period of 6 months.


Your role
•    Reporting to the Sales Manager, your main tasks will be:
•    Consolidate dashboards (monitoring store performance with KPI's).
•    Help coordinate various key projects in the organization and life of the store.
•    Help prepare weekly business meetings with department managers (data extraction and consolidation).
•    Participation in store management committee meetings.
•    Support in the creation and consolidation of reporting tools (Excel, Canva, Powerpoint, etc.).
•    Maintain good relations with all store departments and managerial levels (from sales team leader to store manager).
•    Work with finance department for performance analysis.
•    This list is not exhaustive.


Profile
•    You are preparing a Master Degree in business management, business analysis or finance.
•    Excellent use of Pack Office (Excel, PPT, Word...), Teams, Outlook and Power BI. 
•    Fluent in English (written and spoken)
•    Excellent communication skills.
•    Organized and proactive, you manage your time efficiently. You carry out your daily tasks in a methodical, orderly and autonomous manner.
•    Appetence for retail and figures.
•    Ability to work in project mode and as part of a team.
•    Ability to work in an international environment.

 

Dates : 6 months from January 2025
Location : Paris 1er
Internship agreement provided by the current school.
