Job Description


 

Product Support W/M - CDI 

La Samaritaine - PARIS 

 

We are looking for a team-oriented individual to join us as the Product Support Agent. You will look after our product inventory from the time of receipt to its storage in the stockroom.

You will further provide timely replenishment of merchandise on our sales floor, support on Reverse Logistics and maintain stockroom organization. 

 

 

•    Perform stock receiving from warehouse or from other locations and verify the incoming products in accordance to DFS standard procedures 
•    Perform regular replenishment of product on the sales floor 
•    Reverse Logistics – Process Return to Vendor, Inter-Division Transfer, Location-to-Location Transfer and other Third Party Transfers 
•    Print Price Change Notification (PCN) report, print & replace relevant price tag for affected merchandise
•    Consolidate damaged goods from sale floors and update defective tools 
•    Assist Product Support Team Lead in destruction of damage goods when needed 
•    Assist in raising documents for write-offs and damaged goods per guidance from Product Team Lead
•    Delivery of goods to customers in line with location service and facilities offered (Hotel delivery, Home delivery, etc.) 
•    Assist in the ordering of GWP (Gifts with Purchase) and PWP (Promotions with Purchase) for monthly promotion 
•    Assist in ordering of shopping bags and other distribution supplies 
•    Maintain appropriate & efficient stock room (Back Of House) including clear labeling of shelves and boxes
•    Assist to ensure damaged goods processing and destruction of merchandise are carried out in line with internal policies and external Customs Regulations

 

 

 

 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or equivalent preferred, not essential
  • 1-2+ years’ experience in a retail environment 
  • Able to effectively communicate and operate in a culturally diverse environment 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with personnel at various levels
  • Maintain accuracy and have strong attention to detail
  • Able to work under stringent deadlines and be able to prioritize a heavy workload with multiple deadlines
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality with a keen sense of business/financial acumen 
  • Strong command of English language, written and spoken
