Consumer Marketing Manager

Job Description

Within the France subsidiary of DFS, you join the marketing department and more specifically the retail marketing team to take charge of the development and management of the CRM program with La Samaritaine customers.
Open for 1 year, the store has implemented and adapted the global CRM program developed over several years by the global teams of DFS.
DFS has worked on a new global program that is more flexible and takes better account of local specificities, which should be put in place at La Samaritaine in early 2023.

Main missions

 Management of the re-adaptation of the new global program at the local level in collaboration with the global teams.
 Design and implementation of the new loyal customer journey and experiences on each level of status.
 Implementation of the new program by relying on and federating all the parties concerned: IT, store staff, marketing teams, merchandising teams, finance, legal.
 Training of all the teams concerned on the new CRM program.
 Recruitment strategy for new customers at La Samaritaine
 Customer base animation strategy: promotions, store signage, creation of e-mailing and sms. Design and implementation of clienteling events.
 Analysis of the customer profile by status, CRM activity reporting. Design of ad hoc reporting dashboards. Financial analysis of the program and proposal of optimization measures in agreement with the global DFS teams.

Key Requirements

Higher education diploma BAC+5 Business School type or equivalent
Experience of 5 to 7 years in CRM ideally in a department store and an international luxury brand.
Very customer and results oriented
Very good relationship. Strong power of conviction.
Fluent English both spoken and written
