Concierge
The Concierge is responsible for the general assistance of customers, responding to their inquiries, recommendations, requests and finding solutions to their problems. He/she coordinates tour operators and guides to optimize customer flow and enhance the customer experience. He/she is the guarantor of the store's image.
Customer service and relations
-Responds to all customer requests and directs them inside and outside the store according to their needs
-Provides concierge services to customers, including arranging transportation, delivery of purchased products, reservation management, etc.
-Updates the services, events and activities offered in the Store.
-Follows up on customer inquiries, including complaints and repairs
-Perfect knowledge of Parisian operations to best meet customer expectations.
-Ensures a special relationship with the major Parisian organizations to respond to all customer requests.
Partner relations and support (employees)
-With the Marketing team, coordinates the planning and scheduling of tours in the store.
-Maintains good working relationships with tour operators, guides and drivers.
-Assists Personal Shoppers in coordinating private tours, receptions/events and other ad-hoc services at the request of clients.
-Assists in the organization of and participates in all promotional and public relations activities in the store.
Profile required
High school diploma (college/high school) or equivalent, preferably specialized in the hospitality and/or service industry
Experience in a similar role or in the luxury hotel industry is required.
Fluency in English and other language(s) as required by the store
Knowledge of computer fundamentals essential.
