Assistant Administratif Planning (F/H)

We are recruiting an Administrative Planning Assistant (M/F) !
 

The Planning team works closely with the Merchandising and Logistics teams at La Samaritaine. The objective is to provide the store with a coherent product offering while ensuring the best turnover and optimizing management indicators (sell-through rate, stock rotation, markdown rate, etc.).

 

Your missions:

  • Purchase Order: Launching orders with brands;
  • SKU management: Managing and tracking product references in the systems;
  • Delivery rate: Monitoring collection deliveries within the deadlines in collaboration with logistics teams and brands;
  • Invoicing: Tracking payments in close collaboration with brands and the accounting department;
  • Promotional actions: Assisting in the implementation of promotions and sales via internal tools and in collaboration with store teams;
  • Reporting: Assisting in the creation of reports for analyzing collection performance;
  • Cross-functional project management: Working closely with merchandising and logistics teams, brands, and other support functions.
     

Your profile:

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree (or higher), you have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You are proficient with IT tools, particularly Excel.
  • You demonstrate organization, rigor, and excellent analytical skills.
  • Results-oriented, you are proactive and able to adapt to a demanding work environment.
