PRC Ambassador

PRC Ambassador is responsible for mantaining proper relations with conducted customers. Closely works with Travel Industry Marketing and Fondaco Store Operations teams, in order to create a smooth welcoming for conducted customers visiting the store and contributing to grant them an unforgettable experience at Fondaco dei Tedeschi.

MAIN TASKS:

-Maintain and develop the relations with conducted customers

-Welcome conducted customers

-Perform briefing session for conducted groups, customizing briefing contents according to their needs

-Provide personal shopper service to conducted customers if needed

-Advise customers of our ‘After sales Service’ facilities

-Conduct surveys and collect feedback from customers

-Use WeChat as communication tool to inspire customers sharing products, store promotions and services

REQUIREMENTS:

Secondary School or High School Diploma, or specializing in hospitality and/or service related industry
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality services or luxury brand/boutique
Basic knowledge of computer skills is essential
Able to work in a dynamic environment
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
Fluent in Chinese, Italian and English
