Officer, Digital Learning
Job Description
- Provide on-going support to Digital Learning team including but not limited to the following areas:
- Ownership of digital learning content language translations using proprietary translation tools
- Providing ongoing administration support and system training for e-CAMPUS division admins including troubleshooting support to end-users
- Driving overall adoption of learning management system and completion of digital learning modules
- Ideation and execution of e-CAMPUS administrators/champions/end-users engagement campaigns and activities as and when required
- Management of digital learning content asset libraries
- Digital learning content development on an as and when required basis using best instructional design and project management practices working alongside internal and external subject matter experts
- Preparation and development of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan, coordinating and completing UAT and pilot runs of digital learning content, related systems or tools and performing testing where required
- Research and test of new e-learning development tools or multi-media deployment systems, approaches, and methodologies
Key Requirements
- IT, HR, Psychology, Communications, and/or Digital Media-related university majors/minors passionate in adult learning practices and methodologies
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of LMS standards e.g. AICC, SCORM, TinCan, etc as well as familiarity with digital learning content authoring tools and technology is desired but not required
- Good command of English. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage.

- Ability to work collaboratively, taking a leading role where required and supporting where appropriate
