Key Responsibilities
- Develop Pricing & Promotion strategies with our teams across the globe
- Analyze initiative success & work with stakeholders across functions, channels & categories to constantly improve our offers
- Become an expert on Pricing & Promotion and represent the team across the organization, sharing insights & best practices
- Drive Digital & IT projects to develop cutting-edge solutions to create value & excitement for our customers
- With our Data Team, constantly challenge the status-quo on analytics & insight creation across the organization
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in Retail, Consulting, FMCG, E-Commerce, Pricing, Revenue (Growth) Management or other related fields
- Combination of analytical skillset and business mindset
- Curiosity to always explore new opportunities to improve
- Intrapersonal savvy to handle a diverse set of stakeholders
- Project Management experience
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus
