Manager, Pricing & Promotion

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager to help us ensure we are creating the right value proposition for each customer across the worldwide DFS store network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Pricing & Promotion strategies with our teams across the globe 
  • Analyze initiative success & work with stakeholders across functions, channels & categories to constantly improve our offers 
  • Become an expert on Pricing & Promotion and represent the team across the organization, sharing insights & best practices 
  • Drive Digital & IT projects to develop cutting-edge solutions to create value & excitement for our customers 
  • With our Data Team, constantly challenge the status-quo on analytics & insight creation across the organization

 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above 
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in Retail, Consulting, FMCG, E-Commerce, Pricing, Revenue (Growth) Management or other related fields 
  • Combination of analytical skillset and business mindset 
  • Curiosity to always explore new opportunities to improve 
  • Intrapersonal savvy to handle a diverse set of stakeholders 
  • Project Management experience 
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus
