Manager, Global Total Rewards

Job Description

 

  • Partner with HRBP to provide daily consultation on rewards-related topics, including compensation and benefits, to ensure compliance with local laws and global consistency
  • Develop and implement global total rewards policies and procedures that align with the company's business objectives and promote a high-performance culture
  • Conduct analysis and research to ensure the competitiveness and effectiveness of the company's rewards programs, including benchmarking against industry standards and best practices
  • Manage the design, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and other rewards programs
  • Work with HR technology team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of rewards programs
  • Collaborate with the business to develop and implement effective and efficient recognition programs that drive employee engagement and retention
  • Ensure effective communication of rewards-related information to employees and HR teams globally
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of global trends and legislation related to total rewards programs
  • Drive the implementation of the annual compensation review process and partner with HRBP to ensure effective communication and implementation

Key Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in total rewards management, with a focus on global programs and policies
  • Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, benefits, and equity programs
  • Experience with compensation planning, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement total rewards policies and procedures globally
  • Strong knowledge of HR technology platforms and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
