Manager, Digital Marketing
Job Description
Digital Strategies & Content Management
- Develop robust digital strategies, ranging from yearly plans to brand specific communications plans to drive lead generations, engagement and drive online sales conversion covering website and EDM touchpoints
- Oversee digital content calendars, editorial and brand content for organization’s web and EDM presence
- Partner with Divisional Marketing team to develop campaign tool kit, review and validate digital proposal shared by Divisions, provide insights on how to optimize digital customer journey when applicable
- Cross functional project coordination for existing business processes and new launches/roll outs planned for the Digital Team; cross functional teams to include company’s Marketing departments as well as external vendors
- Coordinate with website and EDM development agencies, other relevant vendors and marketing teams to ensure web & EDM content have a consistent look and style, represented as the business or campaign objectives required
- Data management, tracking, quality assurance and troubleshooting both on the back end (CMS for website and CRM tool for EDM) and front end (consumer facing)
- Partnering with Digital Production team to ensure digital style guidelines are being adhered and up to date on any design or structural changes
- Manage the performance of external vendors and agencies
Digital Campaign Planning and Management
- Stay up-to-date with latest industry technology trend and identify potential platform/channels that will benefit company’s overall business objectives
- Initiating new ideas with relevant engagement and conversion measurement metrics to pilot with relevant divisions/teams
- Own and implement key digital/360 marketing strategies to elevate the brand in the digital space through innovative and relevant strategies
- Deliver new concepts and innovative ideas, technologies, and themes to expand key digital portfolio and metrics such as reach, engagement and conversion
- Manage relationships with outside agencies and other partners to implement both existing and new programs
Project Management
- Lead day-to-day execution of all digital/360 campaigns; managing external vendors and internal teams to proactively keep ahead on timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Understand the concept of operations workflows and the need to optimize where needed to better the efficiencies and time to market for different channels and projects
- Create and maintain project plan and timeline, ensure it stays updated and communicated across project stakeholders.
- Provide transparent and accurate project status reports all along the different project phases.
- Determine project scope, schedule, budget, change requests, create, and implement project plans, identify key milestones, dependencies, and resources.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior level team members, while managing and measuring their success in growth
- Understand the teamwork load and have the ability to propose scaling internally or externally
Analytics
- Report on website KPI's, user trends and key performance indicators for EDM campaigns
- Analyze the website and EDM performance with suggested actions to improve traffic, time on site, sign-up, click-through, sales conversions, etc.
- Monitor competition and industry, providing analysis as needed.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly aggregate reports; analyze data and identify areas of opportunity to recommend move-forward strategies.
Key Requirements
- At least 7+ years’ experience in digital marketing content management & digital project management demonstrating progressive career growth
- Prior experience leading the planning and execution of strategic digital projects and initiatives.
- Experience in team management, leadership, and mentorship
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with content management systems (Contentful will be a plus)
- Experience with CRM system, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
- Highly detail oriented – preferred perfectionists
- Experience and interest in luxury branding/marketing
- Knowledge of luxury products and brands
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Excellent command in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese.
- Technologically savvy (requires working on platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe and Google products
