Manager, Brand & Campaign Engagement

What you'll be doing?

We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand and Campaign Engagement Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at DFS. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and engaging with our target audience to enhance brand awareness and sales. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, particularly within the luxury retail sector.

 

Key Responsibilities
•    Work closely with brand and merchant to develop and implement brand campaign with DFS to increase their awareness, market share, and sales within the luxury travel retail market.
•    To participant and be the main speaker to pitch brand campaign with merchant and be the expertise of DFS marketing operation to win the brand income to DFS.
•    Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various digital channels, social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, rednote, WeChat, Whatsapp, Line etc.
•    Understand category and brand trend deeply from luxury retailer and digital platforms to provide insight and best practise to grow brand campaign. To conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the luxury retail sector if necessary.
•    Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content and promotional materials that align with DFS brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
•    Strong project management skill to proactively drive the campaign through pitching, planning, execution, review and feedback.
•    Oversee budget management for marketing campaigns and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
•    Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve marketing objectives.
•    Engage with stakeholders to build strong relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement, build internal excitement when launching new campaign to uplift internal share of voice
•    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and creativity in brand and campaign strategies.

Ideal Candidate

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
•    5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
•    In-depth understanding on PRC shopper behaviour and China digital environment, better with 3+ years. 
•    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, and content management systems, especially relevant to PRC market.
•    Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and brand engagement.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
