Lounge Attendant

What you'll be doing?

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join us as the Lounge Attendant. You will be supporting the care of our VIP clientele in the Platinum Services Club Lounge, create an atmosphere in which Clients feel at home and graciously welcomed. You will provide superior food and beverage service and ensures the Lounge and all service items are in pristine condition to provide a luxury experience for our clients.

  • Take orders and prepare food and beverage for guests 
  • Ensure that all service items used are clean and in good condition 
  • Ensure all areas of the Lounge are clean and tidy 
  • Assist the Client Services team in serving our VIP clientele 
  • Portray a strong positive professional image at all times 
  • Assist Client Service Manager on duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner, which include but are not limited to:
    • Grocery shopping and laundry tendering duty 
    • Record of Lounge traffic and expenses 
    • Inventory on food and beverage items 
  • Perform other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner

Ideal Candidate

  • Secondary School, High School or above 
  • Have prior experience in serving guests in hospitality lounges, upscale restaurants, hotels or offices performing Food & Beverage service and cleaning roles 
  • Motivated and passionate in serving customers 
  • Detail-oriented 
  • Possess an outgoing personality 
  • Able to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays as required by the needs of the business 
  • Fluency in English language and other language(s) as required by location <<adjust when necessary>>
