Learning and Development Intern

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a passionate HR Learning and Development Trainee who will work in the L&D department to support training and education initiatives. By working closely with the HR team and business stakeholders, the Trainee will support on the organization, development and launch of training programs and internal academies, constantly ensuring the best learning experience to all our employees.

 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in planning and organization of training events.
  • Support on department’s admin tasks: calendar, invitations, survey and results analysis.
  • Training Hours: Monitoring and keeping a record of training hours for all programs managed by the Learning & Development team.
  • Support in the qualitative maintenance of the learning programs to ensure their relevance for the learners, understanding what contents need to be reviewed.
  • Support in creating content and design training materials following company vision
  • Internal Communication: develop communication materials and support for staff engagement initiatives.
  • HR back-office activities

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem solve, self-starter.
  • Ability to learn quickly, retain processes, own projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and follow-through skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to business needs.
  • A natural enthusiastic person
