Internship - Marketing Partnership (6 months full time)

The Marketing Partnership Intern is responsible for managing and optimizing strategic partnerships to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with external partners and internal teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that align with the company's goals and objectives. He or she will be a primary marketing contact for local and international partners—intercultural awareness is a must.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


1.    Campaign Planning and Execution:
•    Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
•    Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., CRM, Merchants, Store Operation) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.


2.    Performance Tracking and Reporting:
•    Track and analyze the performance of partnership campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs.
•    Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, performance, and ROI for senior management.


3.    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
•    Work closely with various departments to align partnership strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
•    Ensure clear communication and coordination between all stakeholders involved in partnership projects.


4.    Market and Competitive Analysis:
•    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
•    Use insights to refine partnership strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

QUALIFICIATIONS


•    Master’s in Communication/Business school or equivalent course or Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, or related field
•    Excellent written, communication, and verbal skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (a plus)
•    Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset
•    Marketing experience in a partner-facing role
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel & PowerPoint
