Internship, HR Corporate Function
The Human Resources Intern will focus on HR project delivery and may involve some HR generalist and operational work. This position will report directly to Human Resources Director.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience at DFS. Including but not limited to; conducting research, identifying and recommending proposed solutions and preparing communication and implementation timelines.
- Support the HRBP with HR generalist activities such as talent meetings, engagement survey and organizational design support.
- Provide support as needed to other members of the global HR team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- University Degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Great communication and relationship management skills
- Proactive with an enthusiasm for change and an ability to work well with ambiguity while solving problems and juggling multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work at speed with a high level of accuracy.
- A fast learner who can be an outgoing team player with a positive attitude
- A strong sense of diplomacy and confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of our work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
