Intern, Global Financial Services Accounts Payable (24 weeks)

We are looking for Intern, Global Finance Services Accounts Payable to take up 24-week journey. This role will sit in our global finance financial services team and work with regional stakeholders.

The intern will be expected to cover the following:

Experience the latest technology used in the Accounts Payable function (IVI e-Invoicing, EDI, Robotic Automation Process, SAP)
Learn the processing of invoices and credit notes through the various systems
Learn the different invoice reconciliation methods
Acquire the knowledge on reconciliations and reports/schedules preparations
Participate in the transformation process of our next generation finance into the Centre of Excellence
Involve in ad-hoc tasks and projects
Develop soft skills through working with business partners

Through this internship, the intern will be able to gain a deeper understanding of:

Functions of Accounts Payable and how this function support the DFS business
Utilization of SAP, Fresh Service, SharePoint and other systems
Hands-on accounting and book-keeping knowledge
Interpersonal and time management skills
