DFS Finance Internship Program is a 25-week program that provides students with an opportunity to experience the luxury travel retail business and learn about the global finance services before completing their university studies.
The internship will be taken from January 2025 to June 2025.
What you’ll do:
- Experience the latest technology used in the Procure to Pay (Finance) function (Concur, Coupa, EDI, IVI e-Invoicing, Robotic Automation Process, SAP)
- Learn the processing of invoices and credit notes through the various systems
- Learn the different invoice reconciliation methods and ensure payment requests are in compliance to company’s Approval and Authorization Limit
- Acquire the knowledge on reconciliations and reports/schedules preparations
- Participate in the transformation process of our next generation finance into the Centre of Excellence
- Involve in ad-hoc tasks and projects
- Develop soft skills through working with business partners
What you'll learn:
- Functions of Procure to Pay (Finance) and how this function supports the DFS business
- Utilization of SAP, Fresh Service, SharePoint and other systems
- Hands-on digitalized experience of accounting
- Interpersonal and time management skills
