DFS Finance Internship Program is a 25-week program that provides students with an opportunity to experience the luxury travel retail business and learn about the global finance services before completing their university studies.

The internship will be taken from January 2025 to June 2025.

Responsibilities:

Assist the team in preparation and issuance of invoices
Update and maintain receipt records to ensure accuracy and timelines
Support daily account receivable operations and reporting activities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end to end processes
Participate in automation initiatives using Power BI and Power Automate with real business use case

What you'll learn:

Functions of Accounts Receivable and how this function support the DFS business
Utilization of SAP, Fresh Service, SharePoint, Power BI, Blue Prism and other systems
Exposure to a digital-first and automation driven work environment
Hands on practical experience in finance operations and data tools like Blackline, Power BI
Opportunities to enhance stakeholder management and communication skills
