Intern, Communications & Content - 6 months Internship


As a global multi-brand luxury travel retailer, we are looking for a passionate individual to help support DFS Group content and communications projects. The Intern, Communications & Content is responsible for supporting tasks related to campaign content and initiatives, including project brief management,  processing content requests, copywriting in Simplified Chinese and quality control.

We are looking for an Intern, Communications & Content to take on a full-time 6 months internship.



  • Work with Communications & Content team to develop and maintain brand standards for organizational implementation based on business & consumer insights, and trends research
  • Support development of and deliver quality-controlled editorial copies for omni-channel marketing/customer-facing touchpoints through detailed coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support development of overall content marketing strategy with consumer and market intelligence research
  • Assist in developing project briefs for content projects to define context and deliverables
  • Build effective presentations to internal stakeholders with insightful and actionable recommendations
  • Additional administrative tasks for Communications & Content team as required



  • Excellent communicator, adaptable to a fast-moving environment, and enjoys working with people
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in connecting consumer trends and insights with brand strategy
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Skilled writer in Simplified Chinese
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong ability to compile presentations or generate reports in PowerPoint
  • Ability to process data in Excel



  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders and strong sense of accountability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
