Graphics Assistant

Work with Sign Graphics Supervisor to produce signs and graphics to support retail sales and store operations.

Job Description

Go through order log daily to check in the order.

In-house signage production for VM using HP wide-format printers and mounting & cutting machine

Design and print signage (price / promotional / seasonal signage, etc) & environmental graphics following corporate’s guideline for Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York and Hawaii DFS stores

Download and re-lay out the artwork, media, copywriting, translations following guidelines from Hong Kong corporate office

Prepare files and place orders for outside print production / Coordinating with vendors 

Create and edit promotional videos as well as seasonal campaign and schedule meeting the promotion schedules.

Ship and pack graphics for different locations following deadline

Key Requirements

  • Must be familiar with MacIntosh computer using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and Premiere pro + knowledge on After Effect.
  • Possess understanding of typography, graphic design and basic photography.
  • Must be accurate and detail oriented.
  • Able to work well under heavy workload with multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as a team member.
  • Must be motivated and able to work independently with flexible hours to complete necessary tasks.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.



  • One-year advertising/graphics, computer layouts and sign production retail experience.
  • Familiar with computer-assisted vinyl sign cutter and sign router equipment.
