Global Business Process - Finance (12 months Contract)

Change impact assessment – GPL as inputter and signoff, supported by Process champions; performed by Bain for S/4, by SI for other systems;
SOP creation – GPL as guidance provider and signoff; performed by Process champions
UAT test scenario and UAT execution – GPL, supported by Process champions
Data migration (mapping, cleansing and validation) – GPL co-work with Process champions
Global/ Functional/ Divisional communications – GPL, supported by Result Delivery Office
Change champion network – GPL and Process Champions to build the network within their home function and onboard them
Capability building – GPL as inputter and signoff on Business process training material, supported by Process champions; GPL will play the role as trainer; training coordinated and prepared by L&D
