Fragrance Advisor, Le Labo- Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing fragrance expert to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers. As the Fragrance Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the brand.  You will leverage your product knowledge to provide friendly and customized service to all clients. You will strive to discover your clients and their every needs, build customer loyalty and relationships while delivering sales and productivity targets.

  • Provide a unique one-on one consultation; cultivate loyal customers by offering professional advice on fragrances
  • Deliver high brand knowledge at all time
  • Answer client inquiries relating to product and billing on a daily basis
  • Be accountable for the sales results of the fragrance you represent
  • Accurately ring and process sales transactions in accordance with company’s Cash Handling Procedures 
  • Perform various non-selling duties, e.g. receive merchandise, housekeeping, inventory control, and update price changes
  • Ensuring a welcoming environment for client in the store
  • Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly sales

Key Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ retail experience, with accurate and quick transaction handling ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Preferred Mulit-language but not required
  • Take great care and pride in crafting every creation for the client
  • High energy, positive and optimistic personality
  • Team player, works well in a team environment to achieve a common goal
  • Strong organization and attention to detail skills
  • Pay Range: Base Hourly Pay $21.50- $25
  • Eligible for Individual/Team Commission
  • Work Environment: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
