Fragrance Advisor, Hermes (LAX - Tom Bradley International Terminal)

What you'll be doing?

A World of Possibilities – that’s DFS. We are currently searching for a Beauty Advisor to work Full-Time for our stores at LAX Airport - Tom Bradley International Terminal. This is an hourly, non-exempt, union position starting at $23.75 per hour. 

 

We are looking for an outgoing fragrance expert to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers. As the Fragrance Advisor, Hermes you will be an ambassador of the Hermes beauty brand.  You will leverage your product knowledge to provide friendly and customized service to all clients. You will strive to discover your clients and their every needs, build customer loyalty and relationships while delivering sales and productivity targets.

  • Provide a unique one-on one consultation; cultivate loyal customers by offering professional advice on fragrances
  • Deliver high brand knowledge at all time
  • Answer client inquiries relating to product and billing on a daily basis
  • Be accountable for the sales results of the fragrance you represent
  • Accurately ring and process sales transactions in accordance with company’s Cash Handling Procedures 
  • Perform various non-selling duties, e.g. receive merchandise, housekeeping, inventory control, and update price changes

Ideal Candidate

  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
  • 1-2 years of luxury retail experience; previous beauty or fragrance, and customer service experience is preferred
  • Comfortable with one-on-one elevated customer service
  • Familiar with using the POS Terminal; with accurate and quick transaction handling ability
  • Ability to work flexible hours / shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays.
  • Secondary language speaking is beneficial, but not required
