What you'll be doing?

•    Reporting to the Senior Design Manager and assisting with all the design management work, supervising design progress & quality control in design. 
•    Assist & oversee all design changes and confirmation. 
•    Coordinate & liaise with internal and external stakeholders including internal teams, business partners such as department stores, landlords and external consultants (Architects, MEP Consultants & Lighting Consultants) on all design related matters. 
•    Provide relevant design direction to external consultants.
•    Support on overseeing facility projects for the brands.  
•    Support on managing new store openings, closing and maintenance of existing buildings and ensures objectives and deadlines are met. 
•    Assist on preparation of preliminary design plan and submittal design package for approval. 
•    Assist on the coordination of handover to store operations team. 
•    Assist Senior Design Manager on the comprehensive project opening reports. 

Ideal Candidate

•    Education Background in Architectural, Interior Design, Building Studies or related subjects. 
•    Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Sketch Up, Photoshop & MS Office, PowerPoint applications (Illustrator and other design software will be a bonus.)
•    Business level fluency in Chinese & English (both verbal and written) 
•    Minimum 2 years of Design consultant experience 
•    Responsible, Team player, eager to learn, self-motivated & can work under pressure. 
•    Detail oriented with extreme accuracy & precision. 
•    Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment. 
•    Solid communication skills with both internal and external parties
