Corporate Finance Director

Job Description

  • Long Term Strategic Business Planning
  • Lead the Corporate Finance team providing insight into global business performance
  • Advance and transform the forecasting/budgeting/cashflow planning & execution process into a live business and strategic planning tool to support long term planning via both financial and non-financial KPIs and creating financial guardrails that deliver global strategic objectives
  • Deliver long term scenario planning for the Corporate P&L and other key financial metrics aimed at effectively managing results and associated investments
  • Support the CEO/CFO with insightful storytelling regarding business performance to be used for all external stakeholder management (Board of Directors, shareholders, JV partners, etc.) Capital Investment and Capital Allocation
  • Own the global capital allocation and investment process and set/maintain/align/track the multi-year Capital Investment and Capital Allocation strategy
  • Enhance/facilitate capital allocation process (as neutral party) across multi-function lines (Merchandising, Store Ops, Design & Construction, BD, Finance & IT)
  • Monitor/track/push for progress to achieve capital spending targets/timelines – partnering with function/store leads Talent Development
  • Manage the Corporate Finance team and play an active role on the Global Finance Leadership Team to build dynamic career paths across finance functions, and between LVMH maisons where appropriate
  • Responsible for delivering a diverse team Other
  • Partner with Business Development team on building business cases on key opportunities leveraging on both internal and external benchmarking

Key Requirements

  • CPA with University Degree in Business or Finance required, MBA preferred
  • 10 years + of banking, corporate finance or financial & operating experience.
  • Prior M&A experience with strong strategic planning / investment assessment experience
  • Keen interest in retail business and operation
