Job Description

  1. Strategy Development and Execution:
  • Support CM in execution of division and category strategy: assortment, promotion, pricing, seasonal conversion
  • Monitor sales trends and provide sales, stock forecasts, aging, inventor, tester....
  • Assist CM in reporting and in execution of visual presentation standards required by brand/class
  1. Promotion implementation: support CM in yearly / monthly promotion planning, sales target.
  2. Vendor Management:
  • Get CM’s direction in vendor communication related to market trend update, visual changing, incentive and others.
  • Meeting & visit shops with Vendors.
  • Coordinate with Vendor to conduct product and display training as required standard.
  1. Coordination with Retail/Operations Team & others:
  • Ensure smooth relations, regular communication with related departments
  • Closely working with related stakeholders on matters: promotion, stocks on counter, tester order, and incentive for sales staffs, training for retail staffs, Vendor’s visit, Vendor’s renovation.
  1. Others:
  • Handle payment/ billing process, contract with vendors
  • Monthly report, quarterly forecast, seasonal planning
  • Conduct market survey, the write-offs process of damaged/expired goods

Key Requirements

University degree in Business Management and/or Economic

At least 01-year experience in merchandising, category, brand. Retail/ Wholesale industry is preferred

Critical knowledge and skills:

  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English both writing and speaking
  • Strong organizational and analysis skill
  • Able to work a cross functional teams with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Pro-active, high energy, self-motivation and learning agility
  • Familiar with Ms. Office: word, excel, power-point
