Job Description
Purpose and Objective of Position- The role of the cashier is to deliver seamless, luxury customer experience while providing cashiering efficiency and accuracy to maximize sales and productivity. Knowledge & Skills
Selling - Assists customers in selecting, purchasing, refunding merchandise within his/her designated Sales Area (as assigned by a manager) while demonstrating excellence in customer service at all times. Treats all goods, regardless of value, with care and present to the customer with highest level of respect. Completes accurate sales transactions in a professional, timely manner. Informs customer of necessary and relevant information, as applicable. Assists in developing clientele base through Platinum Services Club (PSC) and other relationship building activities.
Key Requirements
Educational Requirements-High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. Work Experience-Minimum 1 year sales/cashiering experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or luxury brand boutique experience preferred. Knowledge & Skills- Proficient in operating a POS register machine and mobile POS. Language: Bilingual language skills a must. Good organizational skills, self-starter and highly motivated. High energy level and positive approach to job and group responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively, provide great customer experience, enjoys customer-centric work environment, adheres to operations procedures, proven experience in fast pace work environment. • Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions. • 1 – 2 years of experience leading teams within retail / service industry preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft based applications. • Strong command of English language; fluency in other languages as required by location.
