Assoc Mgr, Store Finance/O&C

Job Description

Job purpose and objectiveWorking directly with Store Finance Manager to support division in managing business performance and commercial segment.

Job duties and responsibilities:


  • Full understanding of financials KPIs, prepare sales forecast, budget and strategic plan
  • Utilize historical data and sources of information from various stakeholders to forecast sales trend to improve short-term/long-term planning
  • Analyze monthly division P&L, financial reporting to management and manage effective communication to store stakeholders
  • Consolidate Vietnam Division financials and deep dive to understand variances vs budget/forecast and recommend action plans to manage financial target


  • Support on daily sales reporting, monthly sales forecasting and trending
  • Work closely with Merchant Finance and Store team for Gross Margin Analysis
  • Create and maintain consistent business reports and analysis to support business objectives, 
  • Prepare CER for Corporate submission based on CER guidelines

III)  BUSINESS ANALYST PROCESS STANDARDIZATION: Champion reporting change and standardization for business purpose using the most relevant reporting tools

IV)  AUDIT, INTERNAL CONTROL & RISK MANAGEMENT: Assist Store Finance Manager to follow through action plans on risk detected and audit process

V) OTHER: minor support on finance admin to proceed payment on system 

Key Requirements

1 - Educational requirement: University graduate in Finance, Accounting. ACCA certificate is preferred.

2 - Work experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting and business reporting and analysis experience in a retail environment

3 - Skills & Competencies:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP, Power BI and MicroStrategy would be an advantage
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Pro-active approach, with a strong drive to complete tasks effectively and accurately within tight deadline
  • High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
