Assistant Manager, Digital Operations
Job Description
Strategy Development
- To acquire every customer into digital and drive digital sales with innovations.
- Divisions include Okinawa, Paris, Guam, Saipan, Australia, New Zealand.
Digital Operations
- Based on digital sales strategy, define target consumers & segmentation, optimize consumer journey and conversion strategy
- Define E-merchandising strategy for all categories, optimize digital product offerings on digital sales platforms & via clientelling
- Lead and plan EC campaigns to drive conversion: Come up with campaign ideas; Strategically consolidate & communicate digital offers by creating campaign banners, pages, extra exposure; Work with performance marketing team & partnership team to drive traffic in
- Draw & analysis data from tracking tool, provide insights for business decisions & optimization
- In platform search optimization to drive conversion & sales
- Work with CS manager to optimize customer journey landing to CS, in order to drive better conversion & grow private domain fans base
- Private clientelling community: Strategically position category & offers based on different TAs, optimize community game mechanism, communication calendars & contents, drive for conversion
- Platform development (e-shop, dotcom, private selling tool) with product owner & IT, including but not limited to: making requirement, demo, UAT, pre & post launch set up & operations
- Share best practices among divisions, align business prioritizes and roadmap, drive for digital innovation to achieve digital sales goal
Key Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Operations Management / Business/E-commerce preferred with good business acumen
- 4+ years of solid e-commerce/digital experience, with proven organization and execution experience with internal/external parties preferred.
- Experience in ecommerce platforms or digital marketing is a plus
- Must be digital savvy with solid digital merchandising knowledge across different categories ideally
- Project Management: Manage project within timeline and agility to adapt into fast-changing digital industry, well organized
- In-depth understanding in global e-commerce landscape, knowledge of PRC digital shopper
- Experience of using tracking tool to track customer journey, strong data analytic & reporting skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills within a cross-functional team
- Energetic self-starter and highly motivated with good visual & copy sense
- Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and ability to process and analyze data
- Strong problem-solving ability and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal/influencing communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is a must
