Assistant Manager, Customer Journey
Job Description
Responsibilities
This role will be mainly focusing on the end-to-end process of customer journey and lifecycle management encompassing customer program and campaign design, set-up, reporting & analysis.
- Responsible for on-going CRM campaigns (Activation, reactivation, nurture, upsell etc), from working with Head of Member operations to plan, build and execute and reporting.
- Responsible for scheduling, testing and deployment of all omni channel campaigns, ensure all relevant tracking measures are implemented
- Creating member journey templates and collate promotions and offers from Divisions
- Configure omni channel marketing communication based on the customer journey in the marketing automation tools
- To help develop and implement customer modelling to enhance customer journey and lifecycle management
- Create Reports and analysis to measure campaign & offer effectiveness and help enhancement
Key Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Minimum 3-4 years of experience in working with customer segmentation, email platform
- Experience in stakeholders, campaign & promotions management
- Strong analytical sense, attentive to details and good interpersonal skills
- CRM experience
