Assistant Manager, CRM Program

Job Description

  • Assist in implementing and executing the loyalty program of DFS.     
  • Work closely with Divisional Client Services Teams and provided effective day-to-day support includes all aspects of program and membership management. 
  • Ensure a smooth operation of DFS loyalty program and provide supports to Divisional Client Services Teams whenever needed.
  • Be the key contact points for any operational issues raised by the Client Services Teams and liase with relevant parties to resolve the issues in a timely manner. 
  • Assist in conducting program briefing to the Client Services Teams for any program changes.
  • Assist in handling User Acceptance Test (UAT) for loyalty system enhancement. Work with vendors and print houses and ensure member related collaterals, direct mailers, e-blasts are being arranged effectively.
  • Assist in creating an empowerment document for exceptional case handling and make sure exceptional cases are being handled with the authorized management’s approval.
  • Monitor the expense of corporate team.
  • Invoice processing for Collaterals, Welcome gifts or any items required for the Divisional Client Services Teams.  

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business ,Marketing or related field required 
  • Min 3-4 years relevant experience in loyalty program and customer database Management, CRM & Retail industry preferred 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and oral communications in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS word; Excel; PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Positive attitude with high team spirit to work with others
  • Number sensitive, proactive and detailed-minded
