Analyst, Mobility & Rewards

Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, this Reward Analyst is a key member of the Global Reward & Mobility team based in Hong Kong. The team is responsible for working to develop and implement Total Reward policies and frameworks that directly support the achievement of the overall Business and HR Strategies across DFS Group. 

Responsibilities 

Rewards 

  • Work closely with rewards partner on offer preparation and annual review cycle
  • Opportunities to be involved in various global rewards projects and reporting

Global Mobility 

  • Support mobility manager to provide mobility operational guidance to internal stakeholders, e.g Talent Acquisition Team and Business Partner team
  • Being a point of contact for vendors – including relocation, tax service and immigration service providers
  • Liaise with finance team and other stakeholders to support on monthly, annually, and ad-hoc reports
  • Work with internal stakeholders on annual mobility exercise

 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience reward and mobility related function or similar capacity 
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • A self-starter who can work with ambiguity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with people from different cultural backgrounds 
  • Project management experience and able to thrive for operational excellence
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and data visualisation tools (such as Tableau)
