Analyst, Replenishment & Allocation

Job Description

The Analyst, Replenishment & Allocation is responsible for all aspects of live inventory flow from the global warehouses to the stores for multiple categories of product and will be the principle contact for the Divisions on replenishment initiatives and concerns. The R&A Analyst will build strong relationships with Global Merchant and Planning teams, Division AGMs and PSMs. 


Inventory Management

  • Taking full ownership of a portfolio by establishing and maintaining replenishment & allocation plan by understanding location parameters inclusive of seasonality, holiday peaks, promotions, regulatory requirements, and warehouse to store lead-times, custom closures and store inventory holding capacity
  • Ensure inventory targets and KPIs (In stock%, WOC, % to PS / OUTL) are met; Proactively identify risks and opportunities and communicate solutions to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate and execute replenishment strategy in partnership with Global Merchandising Teams and Divisions


Division / Merchandising Partner Relations

  • Develop and maintain effective working partnership with key stakeholders
  • Key liaison between Global Merchandising and DIV; communicate any unexpected traffic peaks (ie conducted groups) and/or any large holidays with expected uplifts aligned with DIV to Global Merchandising partners
  • Proactively communicate to key stakeholders with R&A point of view


Others

  • Actively participate and pillar representative in division calls 
  • Actively participate in internal projects

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of above
  • Minimum 2-3 years in experience in retail, planning and inventory management, in a FMCG or other related fields
  • Analytical mindset / skills and business acumen
  • Ability to work independently, while also demonstrating interpersonal skills 
  • Able to work in fast paced environment 
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
