Administrative Assistant
Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in planning and execution of Logistics Team events
· Create Suppliers and Requisitions in COUPA
· Follow up on outstanding invoices for payment
· Maintain accurate data in Kronos e-leave
· Review Vendor invoices to ensure accuracy
· Place orders for warehouse supplies
· Load the vending machine
· Data entry
· Process weekly and monthly warehouse productivity reports for Logistics Management
· Support Logistics Manager and DC Supervisors with a variety of administrative and clerical duties

EXPERIENCE:
Prior administrative experience required
EDUCATION:
College level preferred
SKILLS:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player and can collaborate with others
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize and reorganize workload to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations
• Be able to demonstrate attention to details and follow through
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of programs including Excel and Word
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
