Apprentice - Talent acquisition and campus ( F/M)

Integrated into the Talent acquisition team of Samaritaine, you participate in the recruitment and management of the intern population (2 annual campaigns of 20 interns + 1 retail summer internship campaign) and work-study students (an annual campaign of around thirty work-study students) for the store and support functions of Samaritaine. You will also participate in the recruitment of sales advisor positions for the store.

 

MAIN MISSIONS:


Participation in the recruitment of interns and work-study students:
• Identifying needs with managers
• Writing attractive advertisements and ensuring their distribution on relevant channels.
• Sorting and selecting applications, interviews, candidate debriefs and monitoring the process until integration
• Organization of assessment centers for recruitment campaigns in conjunction with the LVMH Institute of Excellence
• Participation in establishing internship agreements and work-study contracts (up to registration on the OPCO platform)

 

Participation in the animation and monitoring of Interns and Work-Study Students:
• Provide individual monitoring with the population, their managers and their schools to guarantee their well-being and progress
• Animate the community (e.g. onboarding, networking, internal events, etc.)
• Support at the end of the internship towards in-house or LVMH Group opportunities for the best profiles

 

School relations
• Participate in developing relationships with schools and the LVMH Institute of Excellence
• Orchestrate the discovery internship campaign process for 3rd year students

 

Participation in recruitment actions
• Participate in regular campaigns recruitment of permanent sales advisors: creation of a pool, sorting of CVs, pre-selection, and setting up of collective recruitment sessions
• Contribute to promoting our offers on social networks by thinking about different formats
