We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Manager, Retail Marketing & Partnership is responsible for building division plan to drive DFS marketing objectives and support business priorities. Create unique customer experiences and engage customers through all consumer and travel industry marketing network, ultimately to build DFS as luxury travel retail destination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Activate company global activity calendar and leverage it to support division marketing strategy.
• Maintain good relationship with industry and non-industry partners (Local Ground Operators, hotels, airlines, MICE organizers, car rental, tourism board, property management, local media). Build and constantly track partnership / TAPA plans in order to maximize ROI.
• Prioritize and evaluate opportunities in both consumer and travel industry marketing; and to build out a holistic One Marketing calendar for division that drives efficiency and focus.
• Drive media planning (both digital and non-digital) by setting targets, allocating the right budget, identifying effective local media opportunities and providing clear pre-departure media briefs to Corporate Team.
• Drive omni-channel experience and engage customers via all touch points from online to e-commerce to offline.
• Ownership of content and build synergy in messages across all customer facing touch points – from pre-departure social media to all communications upon arrival; from in-store VM to partnership channels.
• Responsible for developing unforgettable retail activation. Lead the division Marketing team and align with division key stakeholders (store, VM, local merchants) to execute them with world-class standards.
• Activate exclusive clienteling moments in partnership with Operations, e.g. pre-sale, VIP events, new collection preview.
• Analyse business and develop effective mechanism in payment promotions and LOYAL T promotions to support sales and conversion targets for Operations Team.
• Build division marketing budget plan that ties to global marketing priorities as well as division business objectives. Ensure finance process is in compliance with company audit and procurement policies.
• Evaluate campaigns by tracking results, capturing high quality campaign images and videos, identifying learnings and opportunities for future implementation.

Key Requirements:
• BA in Business, Marketing or Commerce, MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years in consumer-focused marketing area: Fashion, FMCG, Beauty, Retail or Luxury industry. Past experience with brands is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English and [language relevant to local market and core customers]
• Marketing skills – omnichannel, production, copywriting, media planning, partnership development.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and able to deliver results.
• Strong leadership skills, sharp, independent, and initiatives, able to seize opportunities and take action.
• Proficiency in MS Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), familiarity with social media.
