Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes digital sales & marketing strategy by studying KPIs, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
• Plan and execute all digital sales & marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Huge commercial drive.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion and traffic tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Project management experience is important.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Key Requirements:
6-8 years’ experience in omni-channel, e-commerce Product or program management or other product ownership role •Experience with cloud-based product development tools including Jira, Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet •Must have experience in launching omni-channel & e-commerce products: knowledgeable about Hybris and Chinese e-commerce is preferred •Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus •Internet and retail experience strongly preferred •Prior experience leading the planning and execution of strategic digital projects and initiatives •Strong project management, analytical, presentation and oral communication skills •Excellent command in spoken and written English. Proficiency in speaking Chinese and fluent in Mandarin is desirable •Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio and Adobe products
