DFS is the world's leading luxury retailer serving the travelers in the world. We are currently seeking an IT Manager to join our Technology team to business growth and operations. The successful candidate should have hands-on technical and team management experience to support the team and its operations. Must be a great team player work with Global Technology team, and excellent business communication and leadership skills work with senior management team, able to provide insight and strategy direction from technology aspect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Front Office Systems, Retail Systems and Infrastructure teams with strong execution capability
• Work closely with Store Operations and its management team to support retail IT operations
• Operations on vendor management, CapEx/OpEx budget management and procurement process management
• Able to transform brainstorm ideas into execution
• Governance IT best practice and SOP are well documented
• Where appropriate, be the local change representative in Change Advisory Boards or Release Control Boards meetings. Able to explain and coordinate store related IT changes.
• Proactively address the operational issues for all customer facing as well as any back-office applications access by the store personnel.
• Proactively manage and engage the relationship with management •Ensure Business Partner expectations are met by the Global IT Team •Build a good and strong relationship with business stakeholders and senior management •Timely communications with management
• Global IT Alignment •Ensure that Location Based Services (LBS) are compliant with Global IT and Corporate policies and guidelines •Partner with Global IT Team to deploy projects in the division
• Manage activities of the Local IT team •Maintain day-to-day operations in support of store operations •Ensure team is scheduled to align with business needs •Participate in rollout of Global IT initiatives in the division

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• At least 7 years’ in retail IT management experience PMP and/or ITIL
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Strong business communication and project execution skills
• Strong analytical skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Strong project management, particular in communication & task execution
