DFS (LVMH group) is the world's leading luxury retailer catering to the traveling public. We are currently seeking a Receptionist, to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficiency in the running of the daily reception duties, such as handling incoming calls, greeting guests, vendors and candidates.
• Provide accurate and timely information to internal/external customers’ queries and direct them to the relevant person/department which appropriate.
• Provide support on internal activities and company events
• Coordinate the utilization of conference rooms and other office facilities
• Work with Pantry assistant to ensure the reception, conference rooms and pantry at its best tidiness
• Organize couriers, post office mailing
• Maintain sufficient stationery and office supplies
• Perform any other administration duties as required by managers from time to time.

Key Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• 2 years+ experience as a Receptionist from sizeable companies, ideally managed a multiple floors office.
• Presentable, courteous with outstanding telephone manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask, organized, willing to learn and with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, good Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficiency in full suite of MS Office
