We are hiring a Digital Product Manager to join our fast growing and innovative digital product team.

Key Responsibilities:
Job description
• Establish customer-centric product vision and roadmap based on the overall digital strategy plan
• Support digital portfolio owner to build business cases and maximize the commercial value of digital products
• Communicate product vision, roadmap and progress to all internal and external stakeholders
• Championing the agile methodology throughout the enterprise for rapid design and development of exceptional global products
• Prioritize story backlogs compromising both the business needs and technical readiness. Identify both business and technical impediments and drive for the solution
• Lead planning of product releases and set expectations for delivery of new features
• Guide business analysts in managing agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development team’s execution
• Keep abreast of the mobile product market development and innovations. Inspire the scrum team to think of alternatives

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication or related disciplines
• At least 6 years' relevant working experience digital product development, preferable in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments. Adaptability and flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities
• Outstanding analytics and problem-solving skills. Good sense of business acumen, especially in China market
• Strong understanding of digital user experience
• Excellent attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient experience in using software such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio
• Proven records of launching successful digital products, preferably B2C products
• Candidate with less experience can be consider as the Assistant Product Manager
• Willing to travel (around once a quarter)
